Autumn Haiku(s)

01 Nov

The leaf, green, full-grown

falls yellow in autumn frost,

meets angel in flight.

Love, love, sing don’t cry

Lilly pad tops below ice

Autumn’s thrown dice.

You have written some excellent haiku, ZQ! The first one especially, meeting angel in flight, leaves me speechless. I think haiku may be your strong suit…really good stuff!

These are so beautiful, my friend. We are still a ways away from frost, never mind ice, but it is November 1st so we will not be too far behind.
